In this 15-30 minute phone call you can ask any questions you have about reiki and find out how it can benefit you. In-person and distance sessions
75 min in-person reiki

In this session we will take time discussing what you've been experiencing or what your intention is and how reiki will benefit you. This session will support deep relaxation while I connect to your energetic field. With this connection I will facilitate clearing and activation which leads to your own natural healing.
*15 min conversation time / 60 min reiki time
45 min in-person reiki

Chakras are energy points on your body. They correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being. After a brief conversation this session will focus on bringing balance to the 7 main chakras.

60 min distance reiki
$49
Regular rate $75. Book during December and January for the Winter offering of $49. Energy is not bound by space or time. Receive energy healing no matter where you are in the world. This can be done from the comfort of your own home or wherever you are!

All sessions include approximately 15 minutes of conversation split before and after the reiki session.

Healing packages are especially beneficial for those seeking deeper healing and balance. Long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself. An emphasis will be placed on tracking improvements and giving assistance and support outside of the reiki sessions. Healing packages are not available for online purchase.
